Parent Request for EHC Needs Assessment

Getting the right SEN support for your child in school can be a daunting task. When ordinarily available provisions are not enough, an EHC needs assessment identifies the needs of a child and the provisions required to help them thrive at school. Our parent EHCNA request mentoring helps you:

  • Gather the evidence you will need to meet the legal tests for EHCNA
  • Collate your parent views to cover the 4 areas of SEN
  • Draft your request outlining how the legal test is met
  • Mentor you through submitting your request

This service equips you with everything you need to confidently request an EHC needs assessment and advocate effectively for your child’s SEN support.
