Terms & Conditions for Professionals Registering with SEN Parent Support Group Directory

1. Introduction Welcome to the SEN Parent Support Group Directory. By registering to advertise your services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before registering. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with the registration.
2. Registration and Approval

• Registration is free for a minimum period of six (6) months from the date of approval.
• All registrations are subject to approval by SEN Parent Support Group. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Approval is contingent upon verification of qualifications and relevant professional accreditations. We may request additional documentation to verify eligibility.

3. Eligibility Criteria

• Professionals must be registered as independent practitioners or operate under a Limited Company (Ltd).
• All applicants must provide evidence of current membership with a recognised regulatory body (e.g., BPS, HCPC, RCSLT) relevant to their practice.
• Applicants must offer services within the fields of education, therapy, or assessments directly supporting children and families with special educational needs.

4. Directory Listing and Conduct

• Approved professionals will have a dedicated listing in the directory, including their name, qualifications, contact details, and services offered.
• Listings must be kept accurate and up-to-date. Any changes to professional status, qualifications, or contact information must be reported immediately.
• Professionals agree to conduct themselves ethically and in accordance with the guidelines of their regulatory body.
• Any complaints or concerns raised by parents or users of the directory will be investigated. We reserve the right to suspend or remove listings during investigations.

5. Duration of Free Registration

• The initial free registration period is for a minimum of six (6) months.
• After the free period, professionals will be notified of any changes to the pricing structure. Continued listing in the directory may require payment or compliance with additional terms.
• SEN Parent Support Group may extend the free period at its discretion.

6. Termination and Removal

• SEN Parent Support Group reserves the right to remove any listing without notice if the professional breaches these terms or if we receive substantiated complaints regarding their conduct.
• Professionals may request to be removed from the directory at any time by providing written notice.
• Removal or termination from the directory does not entitle the professional to any form of compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability

• SEN Parent Support Group provides the directory as a platform to connect professionals with parents and does not guarantee any specific level of engagement or referrals.
• We do not accept liability for any disputes, loss, or damage arising from engagements between parents and professionals listed in the directory.

8. Amendments

• SEN Parent Support Group reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Registered professionals will be notified of significant changes.
• Continued participation in the directory after amendments implies acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
