About Anthea Bailey
Anthea is a highly specialist occupational therapist with nearly 20 years of experience in sensory processing and family support. Passionate about empowering children to reach their full potential, she is known for her ability to help them shine. As a consultant for Gloucestershire Early Years Service and the Fostering Team, she provides therapeutic guidance for complex cases, ensuring children receive the support they need through their EHCPs. She also works closely with mainstream schools, advocating for Autistic and neurodivergent students by shaping tailored MyPlans and EHCPs. Anthea is deeply committed to creating a nurturing space for parents, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and confident in their child’s journey.
